Obituary

Anthony Frank "Tony" Fiorino III, beloved son, brother, and friend, passed away unexpectedly and far too soon at the age of 44.

On October 13th, 2024, Tony left this Earth and was reunited with his loving father Anthony Jr. and loyal companion Daisy. Tony is survived by his devoted mother Paula Boardman, and his younger brothers Scott Fiorino (Kaileigh Sheffer) and Nick Fiorino (Rosemary Gariepy).

An electrician by trade, Tony took pride in his hard work and dedication to each project of which he was a part. Outside of his career, he had many passions that brought him joy—his love for the New York Giants and NASCAR, as well as his collection of trains, which speaks to his fondness for the simpler pleasures in life.

Tony also cherished time spent with friends, particularly on his front porch on Burke St., where he could often be found laughing and engaging in conversation with anyone who passed by. Through the years he also enjoyed many camping trips and concerts at SPAC with his loved ones. He had a gift for making people feel at ease and was always able to bring a light-hearted energy wherever he went. He was a man who valued connection, whether it was with family, friends, or even a stranger in need of a laugh.

Tony's sense of humor, easygoing nature, and authenticity will be deeply missed by all who knew him. His legacy will live on through the memories of his laughter, his love for the things that brought him joy, and the countless lives he touched.

Services will be held on October 25th from 10:00am-12:00pm at Chase-Smith Family Funeral Home in Mechanicville, to which all are welcome. Following services, friends and family are also welcome to gather at the American Legion (81 East Street, Mechanicville) at 1:00pm to celebrate Tony's life and share their fond memories.

Rest in peace, Tony. You will be missed, but never forgotten.
