Mechanicville - Saratoga County Fusco, Anastasia K. Anastasia K. (Levens) Fusco of South Second Street passed away on Sunday, August 3, 2014 at the Fort Hudson Nursing Center in Fort Edward. She was 98. Born on September 16, 1915 in Halfmoon, daughter of the late Stephen and Katherine (Ulusztak) Levens. She is predeceased by her husband the late Angelo Fusco and her only daughter, Sylvia Zurlo. Survivors include her five grandchildren, Paul(Kari)Zurlo, Joel(Lisa)Zurlo, Stephen(Lisa)Zurlo, Mark(Nancy)Zurlo and Regina(Tom)Medina. Also 14 great grandchildren; Maria, Anthony, Ava, Angelo, Zachary, Brianna, Vincenza, Gabriella, Jordan, Adrienne, Devin, Morgan, Madison and Erica. Special thanks to the Staff at Fort Hudson Nursing Home and the A Wing Staff for their exceptional care of our grandmother. Relatives and friends may call from 9-11am on Wednesday, August 6, 2014 at the Chase-Smith Family Funeral Homes, 319 Park Avenue, Mechanicville. Funeral service will be conducted at 11am in the funeral home. Burial will be in the family plot at St. Peter's Cemetery, Stillwater.
